
Courtney Dennis
Courtney is a dynamic storyteller/singer. She has performed the story of Harriet
Tubman, from Harriet's autobiography,
over BellNet to
long-distance, educational audiences at various age-levels; to civic group audiences;
and
to college audiences.
Her performance of Harriet Tubman has been videostreamed from the
Apple Corp. Learning Interchange.
She has
also been
a frequent performer for regional schools through the
Cultural Activities Center's Artists-for-Hire
program in Central Texas.
She has been a forensics, individual events, multistate, forensics
winner for her performance of Harriet Tubman. She has been a
performance studies major
and music minor, who has been seen on stage at the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor in
musical
theater roles, such as Camelot, Man of La Mancha, and Oliver.
